Experience a flavour sensation with this extra sweet carrot, which also contains high levels of beta carotene. Long, 25cm (10 inch) roots of exceptional quality, so sweet you can just lift the roots, wash and serve in chunks in salads.
Sow April to June, at 4 week intervals. Sow seed thinly, 1cm (½ inch) deep in drills 30cm (12 inches) apart.
Keep well watered for best quality roots. Later sowings can be lifted and stored.
