Description
Easily grown and in full beauty when the last of the spring flowers have faded and before most of the summer kinds are in bloom. An excellent mixture of semi-double and single flowers in red, white, pink and rose. Height: 75-90cm (30-36in).
Sowing Instructions
Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 60-65F (15-18C). Sowing Depth: Sow in well drained compost, covering the seed with a light layer of vermiculite. Sowing Time: February-July. Germination usually takes 21-60 days.
Growing Instructions
Aftercare Instructions: Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle. Harden off and plant out when all risk of frost has passed 30cm (12in) apart in full sun or part shade. Prefers a moist, well drained soil. |
