A unique mixture of soft, pastel colours resembling some of the wondrous skies seen during the evening. There are blues, soft pinks, yellows and much much more besides. Some are pure colours, others with whiskers and others with a darker face. Superb in any situation. Height: 15-23cm (6-9in).

Germinate at 15-20C (60-68F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a fine sprinkling of vermiculite, just covering the seed. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which takes 10-15 days. Take care not to provide too high a temperature, as this can prevent germination. Summer sowings should be moved to a coldframe and planted out in early spring.

Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out. Plant outside after all risk of frost, 23-30cm (9-12in) apart.
