Large sweetly scented blooms on wiry sterns ideal for cut flowers. A vigorous, early and productive strain.
Sow spring to mid summer in a peat based compost, after soaking them for 24 hours in water before sowing. Sow 5-6 seeds per 5in pot. Alternatively chit the seed by mixing with moist peat or sand, keep moist and at a temperature of 18C (65F) for approximately 14 days and then sow as normal.
Provide plenty of light and good ventilation. Weak liquid manure can be given when watering. After flowering feeding can continue for a period. When the foliage begins to yellow reduce then finally stop watering when the leaves turn brown. Lay the pots on their sides in a sunny frame until August when the bulbs should be repotted and started into growth.
