Sowing Instructions

Sow February, in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 75-80F (25-27C). Surface sow on a peat/sand mix seed compost and do not exclude light. A soil temperature of 80F (27C) gives best results. Keep the soil moisture high, the surface of the soil should never dry out. Germination takes from 15-60 days. Do not commence sowing before late winter when day length is 12 hours or more.

Aftercare

Plant in full sun or part shade. Prefers a moist, well drained soil.
