Good-coloured roots with crisp flesh which is slow to turn 'pithy'. Quick growing with neat, tidy foliage. Suitable for outdoor crops as well as forcing under glass or in frames for even earlier crops. Easy to grow.
Bred to give increased Hybrid vigour, garden performance and flavour, thus increasing your harvest. Due to their wide ranging pest and disease resistance, there will be no need for the use of chemicals.
Sow March to July. Sow thinly, 1cm (½ inch) deep in drills 30cm (12 inches) apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Water ground regularly, especially during dry periods.
Keep plants cool and moist to prevent running to seed.
Radishes are rich in Vitamin C and potassium and contain sulphur compounds.
