Pure white, deep curds, which will stand in good condition if foliage is bent over the curds during sunny weather.
Sow seed thinly 13mm deep in a well-prepared seedbed, in May and June for autumn harvest. Keep well watered, seedlings must not dry out.
During periods of intense sunlight, protection can be given by bending foliage over the curds, to ensure whiteness. An application of a handful of general fertiliser per plant can be beneficial during growing season.

Serving suggestion - Cauliflower in tomato sauce. In a pan sizzle diced onion, garlic, and sweet peppers in olive oil. Add chopped plum tomatoes, diced olives, capers and chopped parsley. Steam cauliflower florettes till tender. Pour sauce over drained florettes.
