La meilleure verveine que nous ayons vue parmi nos essais. De superbes fleurs rouges et blanches recouvrent les plantes qui sont résistantes au mildiou. Le feuillage vert foncé s'étend facilement et remplira aisément une surface de 40x40cm.

Idéal en bordures ou bacs.

Hauteur 15-25cm.

Sowing time: February to April.

Sow seeds in pots or trays of moist seed compost. Do not cover the seed. Place container in a propagator or warm place, and keep at a temperature of between 24-27C (75-80F). After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Germination will usually take 14-21 days. Keep the compost on the dry side at all times, and water lightly as seedlings emerge, When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots or trays.

Gradually acclimatise young plants to outdoor conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost, 30cm (12in) apart, or transplant into containers.

For best results, provide any ordinary, well-drained soil in full sun.
